Work started by stripping the truck to bare metal, straightening body panels and massaging the fit far beyond production line standards. White basecoat clearcoat paint was applied and polished, then accented with a custom metallic gray grill, wheels, and wide custom hood stripe. Burgundy pinstriping outlining the stripe, and a matching burgundy bowtie perfectly tie in the interior hue. The body was then lowered over killer, custom painted, 19 and 20 inch Budnik aluminum wheels.

Under the hood, the powerplant has been well upgraded with the installation of a 5.3L LS V8 topped with a trick sheet metal intake, Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, and custom polished coil covers. The addition of a Texas Speed cam and stainless-steel headers results in a healthy horsepower bump. This modern LS engine coupled to a 4L60 automatic overdrive transmission easily brings the driving experience to 21st century expectations.

Step inside the cabin, and you're greeted with the true Silverado experience. A plush, cloth upholstered bench seat positions you behind a fully restored dashboard updated with Dakota Digital VHX gauges and a Kenwood stereo. Creature comforts include power windows, power door locks, tilting steering column, power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, and air conditioning.
