Gents, I have driven the Camaro I purchased through RK Motors several times, and just had to send you a quick note.
I know the car looked good when it arrived but was prepared to fix the many little things that normally need attention when a 40 year old vehicle sits up.

Now that the car has arrived, and I have had time to go through it thoroughly, I would like to give you some feedback on the entire experience and the car.
The car is excellent - certainly as advertised and pictured. It is even better than my inspector, Dick Whittington, indicated. The condition of the car overall (and thanks for the SOA service) was top notch. Everything works, everything is tight, and it runs beautifully. In addition, in NCRS terms, this car will score at the highest levels of the judging systems, and with a little tweaking and details, it can once again become a Duntov winner, which I am now starting on achieving.
The paperwork and help from your staff on titles/registrations was perfect. Even the Gestapo group we call our MVD, gave me no trouble and it was titled and registered quickly. In buying many classic out-of-state cars, this is rare. Usually the MVD witches find something to send me back to fetch, not this time.
Thanks again Frank, I would not hesitate to buy from you guys again, and probably will (or at least consign or trade) in the future. Cheers and hope you were pleased with the AAR too.

I just picked up the Trans Am at the RKM Performance Center this morning. Great work by your team there, really fantastic. Excellent attention to detail, the car runs great. In particular, Aaron really did a great job. This project got complicated as we realized either a major engine rebuild or finding a replacement long block was in order. I have been meaning to write to you about Aaron. I had a major issue with the gas tank in the 70 Roadrunner. There were numerous emails back and forth between Aaron and myself, trying to resolve the pressure problem in the tank. It took awhile, but between Aaron, my mechanic, and myself, we finally figured out the problem. There was the wrong sending unit in the gas tank. I know Aaron talked to Jenn in Mentor as well as your mechanics in the performance center, trying to get an answer for me. I know that this was a difficult task without the car being on site, but he never gave up. I just want you to know (as I am sure you already do) that you are extremely fortunate to have an employee like Aaron working for you. He was extremely patient and always got back to me very quickly on any of the emails I sent to him.
I also had the pleasure of visiting the performance center when I was down there. The place is absolutely mind blowing. I specifically went there to meet with Aaron, and to thank him for all his help. He took time out of his busy schedule to give my wife and I a tour while we were there. I can not say enough nice things about him. He is another reason why I really enjoy dealing with RK motors. I also want you to know that Jon at the performance center helped me out immensely. After we arrived in Charlotte, we went to Longhorns for dinner. When we got in the Charger after dinner, for some reason there was no audio in the car (not the radio, CD player or Navigation). I asked Aaron where the nearest Chrysler dealership was, so I could get it fixed, but instead he asked Jon to take a look at it and he resolved the problem. One more feather in RK Motor's cap. You are very fortunate to have the employees that you do have working for you and you should be very proud of this. Anyways, as always, I have never been as impressed with any other business that I have dealt with and I wish you all the best and continued success.

Finally today my Mustang arrived safe and sound and is tonight living comfortably in its flannel pajamas in the garage in company with the other ‘toys’.
From what I can understand it left your place on the 28th June and arrived here on Sunday October 6th. I’m sure that it was on a slow boat to China, and in fact it was. The container actually trans shipped through Shanghai!

Just dropping you a note to let you know the 68 Hemi Roadrunner arrived today safe and sound. I had it delivered to a Chrysler dealership in Guelph where they certified, it and then I drove it home (60 miles). The car ran like a charm. I had one of the twelve 69 Hemi Super Bees that came into Canada from 1975 to 1985. It has always been my favorite car. Unfortunately, I had to sell it in 1985, and I have wanted another Hemi car ever since. It took 28 years to make my dream come true, and I could not have dealt with a better company to purchase it. This is now the fourth car I have purchased from RK Motors, and the experience each time has been fantastic. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots of businesses that could take a few lessons from RK Motors when it comes to customer relations. As far as I am concerned, RK Motors is second to nobody. The vehicles that I have purchased from RK Motors have always drawn a lot of interest, and I tell everyone I meet about RK Motors, letting them know about the quality and selection of cars that you have on site. I really appreciate you and the RK Motors team for making the sale of my 69 Mustang Shelby GT 500 convertible so easy. Everyone I came in contact with at RK Motors was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first car sale utilizing a consignor. To my pleasure, the entire process was made simple, straight forward, and completely above board.
As you are aware, I spent a considerable sum and went to great pains to insure that as a recreation my car was nearly undetectable other than by its serial number. It was not just a bolt on the fiberglass pieces project, which everyone at RK Motors clearly recognized. Rather than taking a purist's attitude and automatically discount the car for being a 'fake, I felt that you fairly evaluated and suggested what you believed to be an attainable market price for the car.
In fact, I liked the RK Motors way of doing business so much that the next car I buy or sell will mostly likely be from you. (Got to leave some wiggle room in case I find that little old lady who parked her 67 C-2 Big Block in the garage 45 years ago.)
