I’m a small collector located in northern Italia and until today had thought I knew most of the high level dealers in North America, but after seeing your web site I’m left with little to say.

I am serious, and I'm not known to complement auto dealers often. Your detailed photos and video report are unique! I could not find a fault. Every photo I was expecting was there. All info I needed was given both in writing and orally on the video.

My car arrived at exactly 8 A.M. (like Ken from Steel Toy Car Carriers had promised) just before the snow.

My RK Motors experience is difficult to describe. I was about to buy the car over the phone, but Matthew talked me into flying down. I was absolutely floored when I walked into the showroom. Imagine walking into a car museum, but all the cars are for sale. Matthew took my wife and I on a tour of both facilities where we saw the everyday operations of both Showroom and Service Department.

I wanted to write to you to let you know how much I appreciate all that you and your staff did in order for me to get my 69 1/2 Super Bee. As you are well aware, the 68 Coronet RT that I purchased first had some issues getting it across the border into Canada. I must congratulate you and Jason on your patience with me for all my phone calls regarding the situation with the Coronet. As it turned out, the car not being allowed into Canada was a blessing in disguise. I found the Bee on your website (I have been on your site almost every night for the last 2 years) just after you brought the Coronet RT back to RK Motors to get a North Carolina title for it. I really appreciate the fact that you said you would take the Coronet RT back if I was to buy the Super Bee. I know that this transaction has made 2 people very happy, me and the person from New York State who wanted the Coronet badly.

Matt, Frank and Jason, as well as everyone I talked to, were extremely professional and down to earth. I have my own business and have built my reputation on providing the best customer service possible, and I can honestly say that your customer service is second to no one.

I was quite surprised to find out that the vehicles go through an intense inspection before they leave the premises, and any issues are repaired at RK Motors' expense. Frank called me on a number of occasions to keep me informed as to the progress of the inspections on both cars.

The driver from Mackie Transport had to wait about 7 hours to get the car loaded. The car arrived safe and sound the following afternoon after being loaded. (I was online in your sold inventory, and noticed that a picture of it being loaded onto Mackie's truck. Nice touch.)
I had it delivered to Wellington Motors in Guelph so I could get it certified and get plates for it. Every single person in the dealership came into the service area to look at it and were amazed at the condition of it and the fact that it only had 671 miles on it. One of the organizers for Moparfest in New Hamburg Ontario happened to be at the dealership while the car was there. He asked me if I was going to show it there. I thought that this was an incredible compliment about the car and about the quality of vehicles that you sell considering there are usually around 2000 cars at this show.

It is very hard to put into words everything that I feel. Joe, you should be very proud of all your staff and the quality of vehicles that you sell. I wish you continued success in the future and look forward to coming to your showroom again, if only to browse and feel a bit of nostalgia.
